GENERAL CONDITIONS

Buy for me service - Purchase of a product specified by the Customer in an online store specified by the Customer and delegation of delivery of the products to a foreign warehouse of the company ՛՛Onex ՛՛ specified by the Customer. Customer - Individual Product - you can purchase products through the service ՛՛Buy for Me՛՛ , the purchase and transfer of which is permitted both by the country of purchase and by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. To use the service ՛՛Buy for Me՛՛ , the Customer places the link of the preferred product in the ՛՛Buy for me՛՛ section on his personal page of the company ՛՛Onex ՛՛. Simultaneously with the provision of a link to the product, the Customer is obliged to provide information about the price, quantity, color, size of the product and the recipient of the order in the Republic of Armenia by filling the proposed fields. Special store - an online store in which it is impossible to pay for the purchase of product with RA bank cards or which does not deliver the purchased product to the foreign warehouse of the company ՛՛Onex ՛՛. Within one working day after receiving the order through the ՛՛Buy for me՛՛ service company ՛՛Onex ՛՛ confirms the order for the purchase of the product with an indication of the cost of the service, which includes both the price of the product and the cost of the ՛՛Buy for me՛՛ service , or refuses to confirm the order. In case of agreement with the presented price, the Customer is obliged to replenish his account with an appropriate amount of money, after which the company purchases the product specified by the Customer within one working day. After agreeing on the price of the order, if the price of the product increases up to 3% by the seller, the additional consent of the Customer for the purchase of the product is not required. The Customer is obliged to pay the difference between the price actually paid and the amount formed as a result of the price change referred to in this clause to Onex upon receipt of the product. After the order is approved by the Customer, if the price of the product increases by more than 3% by the seller, in order to purchase the order, the Customer must approve the new price and cost of the service. The ՛՛Buy for Me՛՛ service does not include the cost of delivery of products to Armenia from the foreign warehouse of ՛՛Onex ՛՛, as well as the cost of customs payments in Armenia, if any.

FORBIDDEN PRODUCTS

In any case, the ՛՛Buy for Me՛՛ service cannot purchase weapons, ammunition, ingots or scrap of precious metals, currency, dangerous, explosive or flammable materials, plants, animals, insects, medicines, drinks, food.

SERVICE COST

Standard service commission is 5% of the product cost, but not less than 2000 AMD. Service commission from Special stores is 10%, but not less than 4000 AMD. Service commission for orders from Russia is 5%.

RESPONSIBILITY

Company ՛՛Onex՛՛ does not bear any responsibility for the quality, size, color, condition, integrity and compliance with the purchase order for the product purchased from the online store specified by the Customer. In this case, the Customer sends his claims directly to the online store.

The company ՛՛Onex՛՛ is not responsible for the actual delivery and meeting deadlines by the online store to the company's warehouse of the product purchased from the online store specified by the Customer, as well as for damage or loss of the product during delivery. In this case, the Customer sends his claims directly to the online store.

Company ՛՛Onex՛՛ can only be held liable if the non-conformity of the purchased product has occurred as a result of an error by the company ՛՛Onex՛՛, in particular, an ordered product does not meet the conditions specified by the Customer. Company ՛՛Onex՛՛ undertakes to return to the Customer the cost of the product and service ՛՛Buy for me՛՛ , provided that the Customer must return the unsuitable product to the company. The refund of the cost of the product and the cost of the ՛՛Buy for me՛՛ service occurs within five working days after the return of the product to the company ՛՛Onex ՛՛.

The order purchased by the ՛՛Buy for me՛՛ service must be examined by the Customer upon receipt of the product in the presence of an employee of the Company. Failure to submit a written declaration of non-conformity of the product at the moment of receipt of the product shall be deemed proper performance of the service and the company ՛՛Onex՛՛ shall be exempted from any future claims against it.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Parties are exempt from liability for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the obligations set forth in the conditions, if this happened due to the impact of force majeure, which the Parties could not foresee or prevent.
