If the customer has indicated Citadel Business Center as the place of receipt, he/she can order the “Locker Delivery” service after the parcel’s arrival to Armenia. 34 Smart Lockers, located throughout Yerevan, can be found on our website. The number of our lockers is increasing every day. Innovative smart lockers allow you to get your parcels at the most convenient time from the most convenient locations. This is the first smart locker produced in Armenia.

13 PLACES OF RECEIPT

Onex provides 13 places of receipt. The customer can pre-select the most convenient place of receipt from the addresses mentioned on our website. Upon arrival at the warehouse in Armenia, the parcels are transferred to the place of receipt in Yerevan within the next working day, in the RA regions, as well as Artsakh: within 1-2 working days.
