Air Deliveries

Domestic shipments in the US are arranged through UPS or FedEx, with shipping costs included in the total price.

Weight calculation

When calculating the weight, only the actual weight of the package is taken into account, with the exception of super-volumetric weight.
Rounding is done in increments of 0.5 kg, with a minimum of 1 kg.

Example

in case of 0.7 kg, will be counted as 1 kg - 10.000 amd
in case of 1.4 kg will be counted as 1.5 kg - 12.500 amd

Can you pick up the package from my address? Do you have a Pickup service?

Yes, we have a Free Pickup service, we can pick up the parcel from any address in Armenia and send it to the USA.

Is the payment made by the sender from Armenia or by the recipient in the US?

Payment is made by the sender at the service center, in cash (payment terminal) or non-cash. In the case of Pickup service, payment is made by topping up your personal Onex account.

Do you do cargo packing?

Yes, we provide Free packaging or repackaging of cargo in our warehouse in Armenia.

Can the recipient pick up their package from your US warehouse?

Yes, the recipient can pick up their package from our warehouse in the USA within a maximum period of 1 month.

How to track the delivery of a parcel?

You can track the delivery progress here or on your personal Onex page until it reaches the US warehouse. After the US warehouse, on the shipping company's website.

Does the "Home Delivery" service work in the United States?

Shipments in the USA are arranged through local shipping companies (UPS or FEDEX)

What happens when "Home Delivery" fails in the US because the recipient was not home?

In the event of a delivery failure, the process is carried out according to the rules of the relevant delivery company: usually a new delivery attempt is made.
