We try to ensure the maximum level of security of information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual. This Privacy Policy for personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the ONEX website (hereinafter referred to as the ONEX.AM) located on the domain name https://onex.am/ (as well as its subdomains) may get about the User while using the site https://onex.am/ (as well as its subdomains), its programs and its products. This Privacy Policy affects your legal rights and obligations. In case you do not agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not access or use the Service.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. ONEX.AM – a legal entity acting in accordance with the RA laws that is administering the Website, arranging and processing personal data, and defining the objectives of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) taken with respect to personal data.

1.1.2. Personal data - any information that is directly or indirectly related to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).

1.1.3. Processing of personal data- any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. User of the site (hereinafter referred to as “User”) is a fully capable individual who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses this Site for his/her own purposes.

1.1.5. Blocking of personal data - a temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (unless the processing is necessary to clarify personal data).

1.1.6. Anonymization of Personal Data - actions, as a result of which it becomes impossible to determine the ownership of Personal Data by a specific User without using additional information.

1.1.7. Confidentiality of personal data is the obligation that the Operator or other person who has access to personal data to prevent the distribution without the consent of the Personal data subject or other legal grounds.

1.1.8. "Login and Password" is a unique combination of words, numbers and signs that allows the User to access all the features of the Site.

1.1.9. Cookies – a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on a user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server with every HTTP request when attempting to open a page of the corresponding website.

1.1.10. IP-address – a unique network address of a host through which the User accesses the Website.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The use of the site by the User means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.

2.2. By registering on the site, the User voluntarily and explicitly accepts the terms and conditions of the User Agreement and voluntarily agrees to the processing of his/her Personal Data in accordance with the following Privacy Policy.

5. ETHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.

5.2. The User's personal data can be transferred to the authorized state authorities only on the grounds and in the manner established by the current legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

5.3. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration has the right not to inform the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The user undertakes:

6.1.1. Provide correct and truthful information about personal data necessary to use the site.

6.1.2. Update or supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.

6.2. The site administration undertakes:

6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Do not disclose the User's personal data, with the exception of cl. 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of contact or request of the User, or his/her legal representative or an authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the period of verification, in case of revealing inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The site administration is responsible for the deliberate disclosure of the User's Personal Data in accordance with the current legislation, with the exception of cases provided for in paragraphs. 5.2. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Personal Data, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Included by the User in publicly available sources of personal data until it is lost or disclosed.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Site Administration.

7.2.3. Was obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to site files.

7.2.4. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.

7.3. The User is responsible for the legality, correctness and veracity of the provided Personal Data in accordance with applicable law.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The user or the Site Administration within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the applicant of the claim in writing about the results of the consideration of the claim.

8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is subject to referral to the Court.

8.4. The current legislation of the RA applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.1. The site administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
